Reservations and Scheduling
Visit our reservation page, choose "Reserve for Yourself" or "Reserve for Someone," select your service, enter the home's details, choose a date and time, and confirm securely via Paystack. A confirmation arrives in your inbox immediately.
We are available seven days a week, 7 AM to 6 PM, including weekends and public holidays. Choose your preferred slot when you reserve.
It depends on the service and the home. The Signature Reset takes 2-3 hours, The Restoration takes 4-6 hours, and The Move-In Ritual takes 6-10 hours. The estimated duration appears before you confirm.
Yes. Reach us at support@getcleaniche.com or call +234 812 611 4912 at least 24 hours before the session. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
Yes. Select "Reserve for Someone" on the reservation page. Enter the recipient's address, add a personal message, and we will notify them with the details. You handle the reservation, they receive the experience.
Your call. During reservation, you indicate whether you will be present. If not, provide access instructions and we will take it from there.
Payment & Pricing
Payments via Paystack: debit cards, credit cards, and bank transfers. All transactions are encrypted and secure. You confirm online during reservation.
Pricing is based on the service, the number of bedrooms, and any add-ons you select (such as fumigation). You see the full breakdown before confirming. No hidden fees.
Yes. Weekly, Fortnightly, and Monthly Memberships are available. Members enjoy a preferred per-session rate. Partner codes apply at checkout where eligible.
Cancel more than 24 hours before the session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. If a session is not right, report within 24 hours and we will return to make it right, or refund in full.
Our Services
We offer The Signature Reset, The Restoration, The Move-In Ritual, Post-Build Restoration, and Workplace Service (for offices, studios, and co-working hubs). Signature Add-Ons include window care, wardrobe arrangement, wall care, fumigation, and other considered touches.
The Signature Reset covers the recurring upkeep: dusting, sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning (2-3 hours). The Restoration goes further: behind furniture, inside appliances, light fixtures, deep floor scrubbing, and considered cleaning agents for tiles and bathrooms (4-6 hours).
Your choice during reservation. Use your own products at no extra cost, or add our considered toolkit for an additional fee scaled by home size. The Move-In Ritual includes supplies automatically.
Yes. Workplace Service is designed for offices, co-working hubs, and studios. It is contract-based with scheduled recurring visits, service reports, and dedicated account management. Email support@getcleaniche.com for a tailored proposal.
Yes. During reservation, select your preference: male, female, or no preference. We match based on availability.

Every Cleaning Custodian goes through background checks, reference verification, and professional training via Cleaniche Academy before they're approved to take any job.
Report any issues within 24 hours (photos help). We'll arrange a free re-clean at no extra cost. If you're still not satisfied, we provide a full refund. No questions asked.
Absolutely. Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We only share your address and contact details with your assigned Cleaning Custodian for service purposes. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
We serve all major areas across Lagos — Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Ikeja, Yaba, Surulere, Ajah, and more. Enter your address during booking and we'll confirm coverage.
