How do I book a cleaning?
Visit our booking page and select your service type, property details, preferred date and time, then complete payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with your booking reference.
Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel from your My Bookings page. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning are eligible for a full refund.
How are Cleaning Custodians vetted?
All Cleaning Custodians go through our Cleaniche Academy training, background checks, and identity verification. They are professionally equipped and uniformed.
What cleaning supplies are used?
You can choose to use your own supplies or opt for professional-grade products provided by Cleaniche during booking.
What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. Contact us within 24 hours and we'll arrange a free re-clean, no questions asked.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscription plans offer discounted rates for recurring cleanings. Choose weekly (20% off), biweekly (10% off), or monthly (10% off). Pause or cancel anytime.
Can I track my Cleaning Custodian?
Yes! When your Custodian is en route or actively cleaning, you can see their live location on the Live Tracking page.
What areas in Lagos do you cover?
We currently serve most areas across Lagos — both the Island and Mainland. During booking, our address field will confirm if your location is within our service area.
